I have about 1000$ i owe in payday loans and 2 credit cards i’ve been missing payments on. I am also -300$ in my bank account. I have learned, never to take out a payday loan again because they charge so much interest and will mess everything up with your money issues rather than helping them. I been paying off a payday loan from The Cash Store through a collection agency. For about 9 months now. I called last week to finally make a payment set for the end of This month and they informed me it was sent back to the company. Does anyone know what they will do with it now?

Is there a number of times they can electronically try to get money from your account? My account is currently overdrawn and I can’t pay and they keep getting me more and more overdraft fees. How can it be stopped? Its impossible for me to pay off at this rate. Can Bank of America do something even thoguh i am overdrawn?

I recently took out a payday loan and in order to do so they required I write a post dated check. I can’t afford to pay the amount right now. If I simply close out the account to avoid overdraft and NSF check fees from my bank, is that considered fraudulent and can I be criminally charged?
