I have tired to work out payment arrangements with them but wont work with me. but they want the payment is full…I live in ohio, and if so, How does the whole process work? I did end up having to close my checking account and open up a new one somewhere else.

I have two payday loans that equal to 1100.00 and I had gotten into some financial problem every sense I lost my job. So, I was thinking about placing my two payday loans onto my bill consolidation program.Alone with my other past due bills. Can I do that?And is what I want to do with the payday loans legal? I am not about to break any laws am I?

they payday place was done all online with my electronic signature so i did not actully write a check but i still know that i was committing myself to pay it back but i had some really bad hardships and was able to its been about 3months and today i got a threating phone call about being proacuted for check fraud i want to make payment arragments but they wont ecept want im offering what can i do ?

I took out a payday loan and I do need to repay it. However, I don’t think this company is using legal debt collection practices. I have asked them for the documents regarding the loan, license number, company name, physical address, etc….I get nothing in response but rude and snotty emails. I have now asked them to stop emailing me at work. What should I do next? I am not arguing paying the loan, but I want to see the documents so I know what the fees were.
