I live in Illiois. I couldn’t repay my payday loan so the company took my car instead. Can I deduct this loss on my 2006 income taxes?

Hey, I had a payday loan, but I lost my bank account info, so I had to close my bank account. The bank account was my father’s. Will the payday loan use the info associated with the closed bank account, or my info, which i gave them when i signed up, to collect my funds? Are they even allowed to get my details from a closed bank account? Thanks
right, but what i really need to know is if they can retrieve the info from my closed bank account.
